In this position you will be responsible for managing implementations of the TaxStream provision and planning software product line, which is offered in both web based and client server platforms. TaxStream is designed to be used in corporate tax departments, by international controllers and in public accounting firms. The position involves travel throughout the U.S. Candidate must reside in close proximity of a major airport.

Meet with customer's tax department management to determine business and technical needs.
Recommend optimal system configuration and business processes based on industry best practices.
Prepare and present implementation plans for customer approval.
Manage and execute implementation plan including directing staff resources (both internal and external), evaluating results, creating documentation of newly created processes and managing overall engagement.
Train client personnel on use of software solutions and business practices.
Must be capable of working in a virtual office environment anywhere in the US.
75% travel required

Qualifications

Technical Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or better in Accounting, MIS, or Business.
Minimum of seven (7) years of income tax experience (FAS 109 experience preferred).
Strong business process and analytical skills are essential.
High proficiency with client server & web-based systems and MS Office.
CPA firm experience is highly desired.
Knowledge of TaxStream, InSource, and\or other compliance software is desired.

Non-Technical Job Requirements:

Candidate must be results oriented and capable of working independently in the field.
Project management and analytical skills are a must.
Ability to manage multiple engagements concurrently.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Ability to quickly master TaxStream application, FAS 109 concepts and best practice business procedures.
Ability to work in a team environment is essential.
Ability to interact with client tax department professionals and MIS/IT personnel.
