What You'll Be Doing
  • Monitor and maintain stock status by verifying inventory accuracy through cycle counts, bay bin checks or audits; correctly analyze information. Perform and review cycle count adjustments as necessary.

  • Working with Material Support persons, to resolve inventory and JDE processing issues. Provide feedback and follow-up regarding product shortages to the appropriate Production Planner (PP), Materials Management Specialist (MMS), and/or Supervisor.

  • Conduct as necessary, any search to locate products within the system. Adjust records when there are discrepancies between actual finished goods and system records. Identify root cause of discrepancies notify manager and take action to correct and prevent future re-occurrences. Coordinate with the other Material Control Analyst (MCA), MMS and Material Handlers to facilitate stock flow.

  • Prepare picking slips/instructions for Zone Leads and Material Support person. Create Load Boards (print pick slip, print load notes, add bed ticket pouch, and international packing list as needed). Create Freight shipments (print pick slip, check ship method, create address labels and packing list).

  • Advance orders in JDE, process Canada Customs invoice in JDE as needed, print JDE BOL as needed.

  • Review "Produced Not Located", "Located Not Produced" report, Haul Shortage, backlog of ST's, negative inventory, restricted warehouse locations, pull systems, other inventory processes, key reports and metrics as required.

  • Close various types of orders, close out shippers, enter tracking numbers into the system, and run various schedules as required.

  • Run, print, update and develop warehouse reports and databases as required by the operation.

  • Update product and part locations in JDE.

  • Keep negative inventory cleared up.

  • Process third party receipts and drop ships in JDE.

  • Maintain Document Storage Archives, label storage bins, record location of documents.

  • Scan documents and archive in electronic storage files.

  • Resolve serial number issues for products. Support the return of never used products to the warehouse.

  • Support Quality Holds by placing product numbers and specific serial numbers on hold in JDE.

What You'll Bring
  • High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience in a specific technical discipline or product area.

  • Computer skills: Word, Excel, Access

  • Natural leadership & continuous improvement skill set

  • Ability to work effectively with others

  • JD Edwards knowledge preferred

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $35,200-$52,800 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
