Providence is calling a Manager Nursing, Emergency Services who will:

  • Plan, supervise, and evaluate the delivery of nursing care, the performance of assigned staff, and unit management 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, for designated clinical area(s)
  • Work closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure continuity of care across the continuum

Please note the following important details regarding this role:

  • Work Status Available: Full Time, Exempt
  • Shifts Available: Day
  • This is an onsite role that will report into the hospital daily, as scheduled

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree - Nursing
  • Texas Registered Nurse License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • Meet the criteria to sit for the NCLEX examination and become licensed in the State of Texas
  • 3+ years professional nursing experience
  • 2+ years clinical experience in Emergency Services

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Master's Degree - Nursing
  • Specialty certification related to practice
  • Provider Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - American Heart Association
  • Supervisory/leadership experience
